Hello! My name is Charlotte the creator behind Animalia Designs. I have always loved animals, I started working as an animal keeper over 10 years ago and have been incredibly lucky to work with so many incredible species.

I have always enjoyed trying out different art mediums and making gifts (usually animal themed) for friends and family. Like many people 2020 pushed me to try something I had always talked about, finding ways to get my art out to the world. My first design was created for my favorite animal, Nandi the cheetah.

Building a relationship with Nandi has been one of the highlights of my career and I wanted to honor her and try to feel like I was making a difference when the world felt a little bleak. I started with one design, printing and cutting stickers by hand and partnering with a company to make a tee shirt. I shared with friends, family and fellow keepers who were incredible generous and supportive. I was able to raise over $350 for the Cheetah Conservation Fund, and I felt like I had found something that really inspired me.

Over the last 3 years I have been pretty busy, I now have over 180 different designs featuring so many unique animal species, and I have raised over two thousand dollars for wildlife conservation charities.I have been surrounded by an incredible community and have been so touched to be able to share my work with so many people.

This has been a labor of love, working full time as an animal keeper means this company has been built on long days, late nights, weekends, holidays, and working any minute that I had the time. I have learned so much over the last few years and I can't wait to continue building something special, that celebrates animals and supports conservation all at the same time.
